Empowering Youth and Supporting Youth Workers
We are FLAARE a community organisation creating opportunities and experiences that support young people and youth workers across our communities.
Our Story
FLAARE was founded by Izzie and Annie (thats us down there!). We're passionate about enabling access to opportunities and helping young people and youth workers develop their skills and passions, particularly if they don't often get those opportunities.

Our Partners
FLAARE is at the forefront of redefining youth work training. By combining practical experience with innovative teaching, we prepare youth workers to meet the complex needs of today's young people. Our approach ensures that those who guide our youth are well-equipped to inspire positive change, making FLAARE not just a choice but a commitment to excellence in youth empowerment.

Young People
Our mission is to empower young people by connecting them with opportunities to build skills, networks, and create sustained success. Our vision is a world where all young people have access to opportunities to create success in their futures.
Since the summer of 2022, FLAARE has supported over 40 young people, aged 11-25. We have links to Community and Youth Hubs, Inner City Schools, Colleges, Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), and Universities.
